The Host Organizations:

Over the years, parents, caregivers, human service professionals, and politicians have come together to advocate on behalf of people with disabilities. Advocacy can occur individually, collectively, or a combination of both. Although some advocacy efforts are more successful than others, it is the process and voices behind it that matter most. This session will give those who care for and about people with disabilities specific suggestions about how to use their personal power to realize unity of cause and solidify collegial relationships. For this reason, Spectrum Community Services of Indiana and is proud to host this valuable offering.

Update:  The Leadership seminar that was held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 was a huge success!  Thanks for all those who participated!
